To offer holistic opportunities for wellness support in assisting people on their journey to optimal health in mind, body and spirit.
Services
At Local Holistics, hourly sessions are available for Access Bars, Hypnotherapy and Energy Therapy. Each treatment is priced at £40 per session.
Please be aware that some sessions may last longer than one hour, however there is no extra charge when this occurs.

Access bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, can help to promote wellness while effortlessly and easily allowing the release of thought, ideas, beliefs, emotions and considerations that stop you from creating a life you love.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to change habits, assist wellness, release phobias, or treat conditions such as stress and anxiety by leading you into a deeply relaxed state while you are remaining in full control.

Energy Therapy uses a technique that treats your mind, body and spirit by rebalancing the energy fields to support and enhance wellness. This is a non-contact therapy, achieved by working within your body’s aura.
